Start by choosing both the arrival city and the exact destination in the Elbrus region. Terskol, Cheget and Azau serve the same general mountain area but are different drop-off points.
Save the full name and address of the accommodation before arranging the onward journey. “Mount Elbrus” is too broad for a driver, public-transport connection or accurate transfer quote.
Via Mineralnye Vody
Travellers arriving by air, rail or intercity bus can pre-book a transfer from Mineralnye Vody. Send the arrival details and hotel address.
Via Nalchik
Another option is to arrive in Nalchik and arrange a transfer from Nalchik.
Public transport
Schedules and connections change. Verify them for the actual travel date with the operator or official departure service. Consider transfers, the final stop, the journey from the stop to the hotel and whether all luggage can be carried.
Driving
Check the route, seasonal conditions, current restrictions and parking immediately before departure. A permanent article cannot reliably describe live mountain-road conditions.
Information for a transfer request
Send the exact pick-up point, destination, date, time, flight or train number, number of adults and children, suitcases and all ski equipment. Ask for a child seat before the vehicle is selected.
A first message is an enquiry. The vehicle, price, time and meeting point should be explicitly confirmed before travel. If the flight or train changes, send the new time and wait for an updated reply.
Return journey
You can request the journey back to the airport or station at the same time. Give the pick-up address in the Elbrus region, preferred departure time and return flight or train number. Each direction is confirmed separately.
