3. Fares
Published fares are base prices for one one-way journey to Terskol, Cheget or Azau and also apply in the reverse direction. The exact amount is confirmed after addresses, passengers, luggage, equipment, child seat, stops and available transport are checked. A return is a separate journey.
4. Accurate information
The customer supplies accurate route, arrival, passenger and luggage details and remains reachable through the agreed contact. State the child’s age or seat group before confirmation.
5. Changes and delays
Report flight or train delay and any change to address, time, passengers or luggage in the same chat and obtain a new confirmation. Automatic flight tracking, free waiting and unchanged conditions after a material change are not promised.
6. Payment and cancellation
Payment method, timing and recipient are agreed at confirmation. The site does not take online card payments. Notify cancellation promptly; any advance-payment refund and documented costs are governed by the confirmed terms and applicable law without restricting statutory consumer rights.
